Works for me. Make sure your firmware is up to date. Are your YouTube credentials correct (test on PC)?

If that doesn't work, call Apple and try to get a human on the phone. Good luck.

Are you getting an error message as well?

I got an error message a couple times,

then it played the videos,

now I get nothing,

just the little loading icon spinning in circles.

turning it off is something I should have tried... it's my answer to all computer problems.

You haven't replied to whether or not you are running the latest firmware – have you checked?

Also, log into YouTube from a PC and check your account. You may have a block for viewing content because of something stupid like not having accepted a recent user agreement.
