Hey guys, I just wanted to know what's going on with Sandy hook, might head there tomorrow morning early.

What's going on with the parking situation? I read somewhere on here that apparently some of the lots are closed?

Only fishing beach lot is closed, all else is clear. Correction, and the first lot next to the entrance booths.

From the lot to the really popular spot at the top. Trying not to spot burn, although a lot of people know about it haha. Have only been there a few times and that's the only place I know to go to.

Oh man not looking forward to the bugs. What is it, black flies? Greenheads?

Mosquitoes. Haven't seen the black flies in a couple weeks. I was even brave enough to wear shorts last week and not a single one tried to suck my blood.
