RSP- Recent Snook Pics

Thread Starter

I just thought i'd share some recent snook shots i've landed in the last week or 2. My friend has some video of a huge feeding frenzy we were right in the middle of too. Just waiting for him to edit it.

Feel free to drop some of yours also!

these first 2 are from a day that me and dave combined brought in 14 Snook from around this size and a few lbs more

these next few was just me. I caught 8 more, mostly little guys, but a couple decent size fish. I couldn't get to many shots with my phone. lucky for me, the last pic, a fellow angler was watching me land one and offered to snap a photo for me. (Thanks Sam!)

Snook are just so fun to catch!

And for the record i released every one of them as i do all fish i catch.

4 more cookie cutter snook yesterday. The water's been very dirty lately. I think that's got something to do with it.

Took my best friend too. First snook he had ever caught. I was very surprised!

Only 2 this morning ... o_O

I went yesterday also and didn't get any. Must be something with the tides

Cool pics xiomaro!!!

I noticed you use Gulp Shrimp right? live bait as well? I love the gulps!

I spent the night monday-tuesday at Boynton, and did not get any hits! it caught my attention! Even with live baits and nothing! Just a big ray my friend had for about 10 min before cut him off on light tackle! :)

Is it slow up there by you?

I bought the Crab from Gulp, those that come with the scent jar, and now I throw my shrimp in there too in order to juice them up!

I think it does make a difference!

I mostly use the DOA shrimps. Haven't tried the gulps. I think it was partially the the tides fault since it took almost 2hrs to actually change direction. I've noticed its been getting a little slower with activity lately, Not sure why.

Hey don't forget to hit me up so we can meet up
