Parking in front of a neighbors house

Does anyone have a neighbor who does'nt want anyone to park in front of there house, I don't mean during snow storms, just good ol parking..... I have a neighbor who knocks on your door if you park in front of her house(corner house, can park at least 9 cars there) and ask you to move your car. I do try hard to avoid parking in front of her house, but sometimes I have no choice.... btw she's an older woman in her 70's and I don't want to be disrespectfull to her, but sometimes I wanna tell her to....... well you know......

the one across the street from me calls the cops...seriously, has called a few times, now my guests just make sure their tires are in the road....if more than one car shows up at my house and she flies out of her driveway and parks her car in front of her house...

Sounds like you have it worse than me, what can the police do if there's nothing wrong with the way the car is parked.....

my whole family is that person..................well because the house we grew up on was on a dead end, and with our cars out in the street, and even some in the driveway, if sometone else parked there, they would efectively block us in, I once tried to back my boat around some cars that were there into my driveway, the looks of horrow when the people that were parked there was priceless........................but the moved

guess I didnt mention our drive was the last one the block, very end, the neighbor across the street had plenty of parking in thier driveway, and it was further up the road so we didnt bother them by filling our end up

How bout the Asshat neighbors that have 5 cars and 1 spot in the drive way. Gee where do you think they parked?. They park in front of neighbors houses that have 1 car driveways .It was a first come first serve kinda F U neighborhood. I used to hate living in Queens Ny City Uhhhggg. Now i can fit 5 in my double wide drive way and its only me and the misses.

Its a free country. If you are parked legally ain't nothing she can unless she owns the street and has no parking signs up.

My uncle Jesse was like that he actually got into a fist fight over a parking space Till today I can not figure why he was like that

Come to think of it i remember an older neighbor that used to put the garbage can in the spot once he moved his car so to hold his spot. I came home late one night and i didn't see it. Atleast i got spot that night. ..

What if you break your back shoveling snow and then the neighbor pulls in?

Is everything still OK?

I think not...

a friend of mine was driving down the road and 2 cars side wiped each other in front of him..he said they both pulled over and as soon as both dudes exited their vehicles they went right at each other beating the life out of one another on a really busy main route...
road rage at its finest!
i would have paid money to see that 1.

Do any of these homes have driveways or garages? If so use them.

Street is fair game here in Queens. Shovel your car out, find a new spot later.

Most of the houses I see on the island have driveways with garages or maybe car ports. If you want to use your garage as a workshop or tool shed or a rental unit, don't be pissed if someone uses the street. You had parking but sacrificed it.

I'm not a homeowner, but if i were to spend upwards of 250K on a home i would throw in a 500 dollar snow blower and a generator that could run the basics.

Gee, down in Florida most people just park on their front lawn, and dump their broken trash on the side of the house.

And that is in the "classy" neighborhoods.
