Went with a friend . Boat left a little after 12am today .

First spot 200ft wreck we anchored ! I got my personal best seabass 5.25 lbs . I also had a pollock that went 22 "

Drop and reel fishing . Later we moved out 20 miles to 350 ft and it was drop and reel Tiles and seabass . I had my PB Blue Tile 15.25 lbs .

Total for us was 32 seabass to 5.25 with a bunch of 4lb bass and 16 Blue tiles to 15.25 with about 4 that went 10+ lbs .

Nice trip. HD runs a good boat. Big bluelines are FUN to catch plus you don't need the same heavy gear for goldens and they fight all the way up. They fight like a cross between a bluefish and a blackfish, they try to dig down all the way up. Jigging them with lighter gear is a blast.
