Indoors or out ? the difference is about 6 more coats of varnish for exterior.

Which makes it look very glossy. I'm trying out some new coatings To see what brings out the colors best without too much shine.

48-50" would be 160 or 145 for vet. Unless I can find cheaper shipping on this size.

amazing stuff. i hope you make stuff and stick around for a while as i can't afford anything right now and don't have a place to put it...but awesome work....soon as i have somewhere to put it and some $$...youll be hearing from me

Thanks guys, Yes I plan to stay put & stick around. I think it's a great match up,

I will get to work on another " vertical fish painting " and I'll title it. Those fish are in my dinning room on a 6 foot stretcher. Let me know what size painting you'll be interested in.



Paintings are between 300-900 depending on size and detail If you wanted a 9ft x 6ft oil that's what I would call 900 + I'd probably have to drive it to you.



For let's say 2'x2' or 2'x3' 400. 'for now' Like the size of the old marlin oil above. Also you have the preference of a wooden stretcher or canvas. 2" thick off of the wall. No difference to me, some ideas just look better on wood... After all it was the original "canvas"

Small fact: Artists started using canvas in order to travel with work, prior wood was the primary painters surface.

like i said in your original thread you posted showing them off, the girlfriend..well fiance as of 2 weeks ago...likes them too. i think shes a fan of the fluke. just gotta get the approval of where to put it..and figure out funds. how much is shipping to nj?

I have 2 fluke done now, including the one in this photo.

I'll check on the shipping it's not much at all for that size, under 40" shipping is pretty cheap and fast. I'm heading to nyc today for my fiance's birthday.

Also for anyone near me in CT pick up or drop off's we can discuss. Also I travel to LI once pretty often.

I'm psych'd about these current projects. Everything above will get done Sunday-Friday. About the fluke I will write to you sunday, and we can work it out. Also I've started some fluke w closed mouths if you like them better. The designs will only be getting better. I'm getting a groove down.

Outstanding: I was working on a new painting and two 4ft stripers today.

I'll be home tuesday to wrap up some orders from the wooden fish market.
