Aluminum Boat Seam Sealer

I've got an old Starcraft aluminum boat that I use for my river fishing. There is a very small amount (1"-2") of water seepage over a days fishing that I would like to stop. What can I put on the seams & riveted areas to seal them? I've heard everything from liquid nails to fiberglass resin. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Just (please) don't take for granted I know what you're talking about. In other words, don't just say "epoxy". Tell me what kind of epoxy you"re talking about.
THANKS!

Any marine supply store should carry an epoxy called "Marine Tex". It comes in a two part version that you mix or in a putty roll that looks like a tootsie roll.
Good stuff but I'm not sure how well it will stick to aluminum.
