What is the size limit on Stripers in New Jersey?

and how many can you keep? I thought I heard that it has changed to 2 Stripers over 24".
I don't usually keep any when I fish here but I've kept a few from my trips up to the Cape Cod Canal this year.
I had a fish that was 27" this weekend and it looked way too little to keep.
