Wednesday/Thurs is looking rough. Flying in with a crew from the Midwest. Looks like boat fishing is out. Staying weds through sun. We fly fish, but looks like we are shipping surf gear now. Maria basically lands when we do.
We will probably park in the pay lot and spend our nights there.
Yours is just fine and will catch plenty of fish. The only suggestion I would have is try to keep the head as small as possible. That just comes with time and practice, and has zero effect on the fly other than looks.
So for the "cape" regulars... what's the inlet and water/wave situation usually like during primetime? (10/31, for example)
I'm a big sissy, dealt with enough big **** in the Atlantic to last me a lifetime.
Not abandoning the bake, it will definitely still go down. Just opening up options for multiple trips. You know, in case 2012 ever decides to come back around.
