Can I walk into a store in PA and buy a Slingshot or Airgun off the rack?

Yes you can they are legal, however if you bring them across state lines into NJ or NY you may be breaking state and/or federal laws.

It would not be breaking a Federal Law, only the State Laws of those two states... Hey I didn't even make a liberal comment on that...

Are wrist-rockets still the best? What is a good one for squireels and wabbits and gwoundhogs. Used to use the wrist-rockets with "hunters rubbers".. about 30 years ago and shot recurve bows. Need a recomendation for the modern era.

Here in NJ, I wanted to buy a BB gun for my son to teach him about gun safety. They wouldn't even let me touch it without a gun permit.

That's funny. When ever anyone asks me where I live, I tell them the Communist State of New Jersey. Can you even get a gun permit in this state?

Actually, the best missile you can launch against a feline by using a wrist rocket would be a glass marble.
