the "human race" never does learn from history .....

not a matter of if but WHEN

When is right, but disagree on the not learning.

We as a race know what is needed at the time. History records these events.

he should have never caved-it makes him look weak-his policy was correct -tell parents dont break laws and dont use your kids as pawns and you have no problem-he said he cant fix the problem and it is not his fault and now he just "fixed " it-to his credit though he is the only one with any kind of balls willing to tackle the issue

the real crime though that nobody will tackle is the "employers"

The policy was absolutely correct.  Those kids were being better cared for than they were in the countries they came from.

Heres the bottom line...  no more nice guys. Violating our border should be a thoroughly unpleasant, unproductive experience.  I want people afraid to get caught in the US illegally.

Caving is what the Dem's wanted.... now the real S --- storm begins with the lawsuits and a endless river of Media BS to cloud the really serious issues we have on our plates........

Obstruction and bait and switch techniques from the left will run rampant till the 2018 elections.  I really have had my fill of artificially created issues that are thrown out in front of this administration and its ability to succeed with its agendas ...

Trump should have stayed the course,he should have really pushed the photos from when the Obama admin. held the children. The use of the term Nazi was ripe for a counter argument that would have exposed the folks using the term as dishonest.Caving in to the left will only make this problem worse.

The Reps and the Dems appear to agree on giving the employers a free pass.Stiff fines and the possibility of jail time would get their attention.

Trump must have come in contact with some Rachel Maddow tears.

No problems, now the Dems are in a quandary, if they instruct the 9th Circuit overrule his EO because of the 20 day rule, Trump can revoke it bu why should he, all he has to do is to amp up Remote Adjudication in Immigration and get enough Immigration judges around the country online to hear and clear any backlog within those 20 days. They do not have to be dispatched to the border, they can hold court from their existing chambers.

All it takes is couple of days to load out the video equipment at both ends.

NWU has a 2015 scholarly article on it. Too many pages to display.

Quote

Over the past two decades, federal immigration courts have steadily expanded their reliance on videoconferencing technology. In 2012 alone, immigration judges conducted over 134,000 hearings in which the trial judge and the immigrant litigant met over a television screen, rather than face-to-face.

2 This reliance on technology is reserved almost exclusively for immigrants held in detention. Today, nearly one-third of all detainees attend their immigration hearings by video, rather than in the traditional inperson courtroom setting.

3 If current trends continue, the majority of all detained immigrants will soon be assigned to televideo courtrooms to determine whether they will be deported from the United States.

The reason the right says "not one inch" on guns is because you just watch........ Trump just gave a inch and the Dems will turn it into a mile in a week.
