stripedbass_17
Anyone ever try wire line jigging off of plymouth beach in the warrens cove/browns bank area? I was looking to try it next year, and heard of some big fish being caught there. Thanks in advance.
giggyfish
It’s so shallow in there why not just drift with live mackerel or pogies?
jmarino12
^ that would be a better bet. Small channels over there but overall really shallow.
BillyBallGame
Yes, it's productive. There's a few runs that the charter guys make that hold fish at certain tides. Really have to have the spots dialed in though. It's a really featureless area, so if you don't know exactly where to go, drifting macks or pogies can be slow. Snapping wire lets you cover more ground to find the productive spots. T&W works too. (*member formerly known as 'wmitchell1')
Pilgrim02360
There are no fish in Plymouth Harbor or Warren Cove.
