Anyone got a 20 Seacraft that needs a resto for cheap?

My brothers 21 Sea Pro CC needs some love.

That Cobia is a good ride, huh? It's a big mid-sized boat

Yeah, I'm impressed with the boat, since they got bought out by Maverick they really got their act together.

Funny thing is, Will went out Monday and they slammed the tog, and he said albies all over the place.

Watch - it will warm back up next week.

Problem is, once they shut off the water on the docks you really have to pull it.

I am seriously considering getting another project - what is your buddy planning to do with the SC?

The Mako came out good, and it's a cool little boat - but it's Drews.

A 20 would be perfect for me, not sure if it would fit in the garage though.

Park it in my field during the season.  Seriously.

Last I talked to him, he said he didn't want to tackle the project himself and he doesn't have the funds to pay someone. So he said he would most likely just sell it. I'll get in touch with him and if he's interested in talking, I'll pass his info on to you. Then you two can try to work something out.

The fishing in jersey is just starting, boat wise. Seabass, tog and stripes.

I've caught 40 stripers since last Saturday. 2 keepers lol.

Only a few lobster boats are still in. All the pleasure craft hauled out two weeks ago.

I wondered that while I was living up there - why do they pull so early when the weather is like 70F some Octobers, is it a liability thing ?

its kind of like the way our pool shuts the day after Labor Day :kook:

Well our town rents a crane to pull the pleasure craft on the moorings and set them in cradles, the summer is over, hurricaine season and the striped bass have moved south. The ramp is open all year so those who wish to ground fish for tog or shoot out deep for tuna, pollock, cod and such still can.
