yosco
Do many of u guys have cooler racks on single receiver hitches.? I clipped a deer on the way to beach this a.m. and broke a weld on my rod rack. I have a cooler rack from my last truck, but it was mounted in two tow hook slots. My hitch now is a single 2". Any problems w cooler rack on a single mount?
tomsurf
I have a front and rear receiver 2'' on my pickup. With a z bar which lifts the rack I think 4- 6 inches. I also have a couple kinds of tensioners needed to take any movement in the single point hookup. I have my choice on front or back location. I usually use front if it's going to be on awhile, and rear for a quick day or two. The z bar is mounted to the rack, and is available where hitches are sold as hitch haul brand. I really like the setup.
Jettyhound
I have a 2" receiver on the front of my p/u. It's a Reese and it has a hole next to the pin hole for a "J" pin which eliminates wobble.
