A fella from Peabody makes a couple eelskin plugs; a 3.5 oz diving conrad and a 2.5oz pikie, that do pretty well with some guys in our circle. 1881927

I know he practically sold out of these guys at the end of last season... Not sure if he has turned any more yet... Guys were using them to pound fish at breachways, of all places. 1881929

Whoops. I guess I can't mention search engines or other sites here. The plugs were made by Workhorse Lures. Sorry. I wasn't trying to make any waves, just inform as to who was making them. Is that allowed? I was led to believe that the rules say it's ok if it is a registered, tax paying business? Not trying to make waves, just asking

Check out these two.

From Atlantic Plug & Lure Co. in Rhode Island.

They are inspired by a plug design from the 1950's made by Walter Krystock (Conn. Yankee).

I haven't had a chance to toss them yet, but looking forward to it. I think they will be killers.

Very cool that the old designs are being brought back today.
