If you get the GOPRO Try the head mount  strap or the chest mount. Also the editing software is important do your homework of the features of editing software and it uploading features.

Editing software?? No I can barely upload the video......have to learn to use this MAC video editing over the winter! You seem quite good at it! Nice work!

Hey Larry that wasn't my work the only videos I edit are sweet sixteens and wedding videos. :'(

Nice video and Fish. I have a few Gopro 2's on my Skiff mounted on my grab bar and front deck. I would mount the camera higher as to negate the "Crotch Shot".

As for editing software, I use Imovie on both my Mac and Ipad. Here is a Video I did on my Ipad/Imovie in about 5 minutes.

Shot in 960/60  HD

Here's one of my video's from this past season shot with the GOPRO HERO. I'd say there's more than 5 minutes of editing involved with this one. :D

Thanks for the complement Hanover. I've had a lot of fun with my GOPRO HERO in the last two seasons and use it not only to display my experiences on the water angling, but also as a great reference tool. Archiving video segments is great for angling projects (rodbuilding, mold making, ect), it also has it's benefits in a game film role as well. I love my GP'S. Nice thread. Happy holiday to ya HS! :)
