It's a nice place to live. A lot of people move down here from the north.
2. "Kerr" is an up and coming gang, starting in the New York City area that is anti-illuminati. There are certain levels of what type of Kerr you can be.

I have a few friends who recently scored beautiful houses in Ft Myers/ Sw FL for super cheap. One buddy lives 1 mile from bass pro shops on a little canal in a 1800sq ft house he got for under a 100K. He said the big problem is a lack of industry and jobs. I know it gets hot but hell it gets hot up here sometimes and snows down there. screw it.. that what climate control is for!

on a real note. if everyone is moving south, how are there no jobs down there...? surley they need bigger schools and hospitals and municipal buildings and such. more box stores and retirement developments. there has to be a boom at some point!!
my other truck just takes me fishing.
