Quest For The One on versus

just a heads up as it repeats usually all week during the day

the host fishes with Capt. Ken Zwirko off Jersey livelining bunker and throttles the bass including one that if i had to guess is 55# easy

seems like a kool guy to fish with to boot.

thats it i'm retiring my current job and starting a career in guessing fish weights....

funny i was watching a blue marlin tournament and they could only weigh fish over 450# anything less resulted in a point deduction, so they bring it on the boat and i say to myself no way that fish looks like 425#... it was 427# at weight in, i think i missed my calling in life

I saw it today sandflee. Musky, BF Tuna, and some fine stripers. That last cow I would say was over 50 too! That segment was to short for me. They spent a lot of time (1/2 the show) on the musky, and split the 2nd half between the tuna and bass. I thought the bass fishing was the best...the most consistant action. At one point they had three fish on at the same time. Sure would love to have been on that trip. Better yet, having that quality of fish in the surf!

I think the big hint was they mentioned they were fishing between the 40 and 50 fathom lines. Even though it was boat fishing it was an OK show.
Peace
