does any one have a fly recipe for the wiggle bug, also, how would you get the foam over the eye of the hook?

Google Todd's Wiggle Bug and you'll find Fly tyer online and instructions on how to craft this great bug. I started using them this year for largemouth and they have been hammering them. The faster you strip the harder they seem to chase it. I color the foam with markers and wipe the colors together with a paper towel and then coat with epoxy. You get a good looking bug that is durable. I also tie some with and without weed guards.

Larry Tullis' wiggle bug? Tullis' pattern looks sort of like a flatfish

That's one of the three flies I use for bass and panfish. It's the wiggle bug, gurgler and a clouser. The wiggle bug is usually the one I start with as it usually gets the most hits. It is very simple to to and you can use any combination of body and tail. The color's I use are white, chartruese, olive, brown and black. I tie them on TMC 8089 size 10 or 12. I was thinking of trying it on blues and stripers, but haven't had the time to tie some up yet. I'll let you know how they work when I'm able to test them out.

Is it called Todd's Wiggle Minnow? I see two different kinds. One uses a foam top kind of like a gurgler...the other uses a foam cylinder.
