think so?? I had a bass follow my worm last summer right up to the wall at the parking lot just north of the grandstand. I just can't see the flatheads killing them all in such a large body of water.

Most of the spots he fished are only accessable by boat. The nearest boat ramp is the arsenal access ramp 5700 Tacony St. just north of Bridge St. There is also a fishing peir at the boat ramp.
Delaware River has Shad, Cat Fish, Bass, Herring Carp and some Musky fishing There are other bank fishing spots along the Delaware to the north of the Arsenal ramp.
There is also much better cheese steak sites that the famous 9th/passyunk location !
