barrell
I used to trap alot up here in NE PA. I started felling guilty about all the beaver carcasses I was dumping so one year I kept the filets from the 32 beaver I caught that year and made some jerky smoked in hickory. Everyone I gave a piece to to this day says it was the best jerky they every had. So the motto of the store is " Next time you get in the jerkin mood , look for some Beaver to satisfy the urge" BARRELL
