Bait/Rig Setup For Stripers

What kinda bait should I use? I have clams, what else should I use that i can pickup at the BT shop?

Pablo, how many inches between sinker and first hook, also between 1-st and 2-nd one? and how long is it? Thanks

Highlow rigs work great too, and can make you more productive with schoolies and other species.
But wheb targeting those keeper bass, a fishfinder and a good looking piece of bait always works for me,,,

How do you hook bunker pieces and what length should i do? The total length i had was maybe a foot long for the fish, bought 3 of em. Cut up one didnt use the others (first time using bunker).
I used my standard fish finger rig. 3 way swivel on end of main line. Off that was a 4' piece of 50# attached to a hook.
On 3rd end was a 3' 50# line attached to a 3oz sinker, wasnt much rip tonight, very smooth/relaxing sounds from the small waves. Coulda went with a 2oz even
