After all of those years of ripping people off with stupid gadgets that did not work, such as the Ionic Breeze air "purifier", Sharper Image went belly up. Boo hoo.....NOT!

heh heh. re-org equities =

here's another tidbit for you folks who want to save money on jewelry for the s.o.

the company that runs macy's jewelry department (macy's contracts this out, betcha didn't know that) is in deep financial doo-doo right now (basically, zero cash, prolly won't make it's next coupon payment on a pile of debt).

expect MASSIVE discounts on existing stock of jewelry (40% or more off, etc).

good buying opportunity if you're so inclined to take advantage of it ... keep your eyes peeled for the ads.

I've had the fogless shower mirror and the white noise alarm clock going on 20 years now. They both work like charms.

Anything that I've ever received from the shaper imager was a piece of crap. I always thought the items were over priced and over rated.

You mean the broken AM/FM radio that puts out nothing but static?

My wife got me this baby per my request. Thing is 5 years old, still on it's same batteries and can tame the wildest hairs growing out of my nose

Yeah, that's who I was thinking of, Brookstone. Not Sharper Image. Disregard my previous post.

It amazes me. You know how many of these gadgets they must have had to sell each month just to pay the rent in the mall. Mall rent is not a drop in the bucket. I knew this guys who opened a store up in the mall. The rent for a very small store was almost 8,000 a month. He told me the rent for the little stands in the mall walkway was like 2,000 a month. I don't know if thats true but if so unbelievable...

One of my best purchases of recent memory. I can't believe I used to stand cold and sopping wet shaving at the sink like a sucker. 5 more minutes in a hot shower is a good thing.

Danger is my middle name... I shave in the shower without a mirror and my sideburns are usually close enough I don't notice. Especially if I don't look in a mirror
