Do they make an industrial type pad or glue that holds better or does anyone have an alternate suggestion that can be used.

Them caps come in lotsa sizes.
I used em on the barstools for my buddys' outdoor bar to keep the stools from scratchin up the decking.
I didnt like the length of them either, so I just cut em shorter with a sheetrock knife...
They come in a few colors as well.
If ya cant get a tight/perfect fit, a dab of silicone caulk in each one before ya slip em on should keep em on just fine

I use a dap of two part epoxy to hold them in place. Been on everything for two years and not a one as come off.
The nice thing is they don't show, the chairs slide well and no scratches.
