It's going to be a tough job cleaning this up.

May I never go fishing play golf eat pizza or drink beer again if this is a lie, the NJ DEP says we are still in a moderate drought even after all that rain.
Just imagine how happy you would be if you lost everything you have in life and then suddenly got it back

Richg, the last update on the njdrought site was on the 21st. That's why it's still showing us in a watch state. You can still have your golf, pizza, and beer.

Meterologist on the radio this morning was saying PA's drought watch will likely stay in affect as the rain came to quick and it was only in the eastern half of the state.
A whiter shade of pale....

I think I went thru that town a few years back. There was a medium size creek running thru it, that thing must have turned into something the size of the Mississippi.

There's actually 3 creeks that run into the West branch. All three flooded, the West Branch flooded, 2 Dams were breached, and the Village water tank emptied out caused by a water main break. That's alot of water. Just got back from driving/walking around town. I would guess there's 10 buildings that need to be demolished, maybe more.
