Cudo's to him. I hope he breaks the record sometime. I'd like to get in touch with him and see if he is going out this weekend. I'd love to take pics of him battling.

Just got off the phone with Austin and hopefully he's gonna pass on my info to Dave. I hope to gain a little more personal insight to the fight, basically what to do and what not to do. Here's the CCT VIDEO http://www.capecodonline.com/apps/pb...984/-1/CONTACT Fly

I can't even imagine that. I would have thought if you hooked a tuna off P-Town in a kayak you'd be towed past Georges before you could stop 'em.

Rid, you gonna try this?

I may at some point. I would like to meet up with that guy and pick his brain. Then put the pieces together.

A double team or trio of kayak anglers would work well I would think. With back up plans. Just want to do it safe.

i know this has been brought up before, but how is this legal from a kayak? I didn't see a registration number on his yak which means he couldn't have had a permit? Am i mistaken? impressive nevertheless.

Is this the time we say, "Projection".

Maybe you should read the story about the young couple who went tuna fishing and flipped the boat with charlie attached and lost everything including their ride and almost their lives. They didn't even get rescued by CG. Thankfully a boater picked them up after hours in the water.

That kayaker your whining about? Came back with charlie, and his ride multiple times. Let that marinate.

I've seen it happen from time to time here...I'm guilty of it too...don't let it discourage you. It's a community and we have people here from all walks off life. Including derelicts like me. I use to be somebody too, now I'm nobody and happy.
