Need help picking up super hottie working out in the gym wearing spandex

Ok let me set the scene for you (but I am sure you seen this type before): a girl in her 20's, super hot, wearing body-hugging spandex, doing her stretching and lifting in the gym, pretending not to notice anyone else. All the guys are looking over at her every few seconds, foaming at the mouth. Even the girls were checking her out because of jealousy perhaps (I wish it was some type of bi-thing, but that's for another thread / fantasy). I was 20 feet away from her on another exercise machine. Believe it or not she looks in my direction twice, but I am not sure exactly what she was looking at. Then she comes over to the machine next to me and starts working out on it, and it being a butt twister she turns and twists her behind every turn and her face turns towards me in conjunction to her butt twisting motion, giving me a close-up look of her from head to toe + bare mid-sections and of course panty lines (didn't see any, double yes!!!).

But I can't find a way to talk to her for the life of me. I mean she is doing the machine perfectly, so I couldn't start a conversation by telling her she was doing it wrong and then showed her. And she is the type of girl who is probably sick of guys trying to pick her up everyday so I thought I had to come up with something spectacular as to be confident of a certain level of successful possibility. But just like other things in life, you wait too long and it's gone: she walks away after a few minutes while my mind wonders about how to talk to her without being totally awkward.

So what would you have done? How would you approach this situation to gain max hit ratio?

They say really hot chicks dont get hit on as much as people think, cuz guys fear rejection. I think that's total bs. What you say doenst matter much (barring somethin completely inappropriate which would be freakin hillarious and I almost hope happens so we can read about it )as long as you dont come across as a weiney. Like seadog said "Hi" is all it takes.

some of the most beautiful women I've been involved with have always had the lowest self esteem. Don't let her beauty intimidate you... Just BE CONFIDENT and cool.. They smell fear . Also next time you go bring a girl friend. She doesn't even have to be that pretty. Just let her see you with her. Trust me

i work at LA Fitness and theres nothing but super hotties there,i learned a lot there,and first of all ;you don't try to teach her cht or try to get laid right after the gym,plant the seed and all you can do is water it everyday ,acknowledge her for what she is already doing,approach to her and start with ''Wao,you can really work out,and smile,pause,then proceed-you been working out for a while?- let her respond to you and then you start the conversation about what she is doing,ask her lke WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON TODAY?[[[Do this while she is right next to you or if you're just passing by her,don't walk over to har and say what i'm about to tel you.]].play stupid like you don't know and ask her about her work out and diet,how many days a week she work out and on every respond she gives you smile and say THATS PRETTY COOL,NICE ETC...make her feel is about her then tell her you need help with dieting better.DON'T PLAY LIKE A JACKASS MUSCLEHEAD ',they hate that,relax and [keep it simple]don't wear wife beater shirts please.]].ask her if she work out everyday?,and acknowledge her answer with ''wao,thats pretty good.''then introduce yourself at the end.hey I'm Nick by the way,she'll say her name and you repeat her name exam.-Tracy? then drop the line with-[[ beautiful name,for a beautyful lady]]smile and close the deal with Nice to meet you Tracy,hope we can workout together soon.let her answer-- then you ask her what she'll be working on tomorrow,[[if she say legs then you ask her if you can work out with her because tomorrow is your leg days and you hate to workout alone ]].if not, then i'll see you friday tracy .mention her name as much as you can,that brakes the ice.
Believe me son,the tip i just gave you it works on any girl i want,except the ones who are already taken.
sometimes when you're shy when a girl is next to you, you'll automatically show lack of confidence and they can sense that and they get turned off by that,you gotta be confident.
