Is there a way to get on beach thru the state campground at the Bonner Bridge?

well no, not from the 'state' campground
the campground at the bonner bridge is nps .
if i remember right , it was a long time ago we pulled in there for one night; you can walk right over to the ocean . and it is right next to the access ramp if you want to drive on .

derf is correct. walk over from the CG or come out of the CG and turn left right onto the ORV ramp.
