Yah me too!! Killdevil Hills area, mostly on the beach. What kind of tackle, bait, etc. Or is too warm and I should just bring a good pair of sunglasses and enjoy the scenery?

I don't fish bait. Get some small 1/4 oz or 3/8 oz lead heads and some gulp 3 inch shrimp in New Penny or 3 inch Mullet in white. Fish the south side of one of any of the piers. You will see pretty quickly if the fish are feeding.
