I always liked that guy.In a interview on 60 min. He said I am not sure why I've been so successful. I know I am not the greatest musican. I wish I could play a gutiar like Eric Clapton.But then I bet he wishes he could cast a fly rod like I can.With all his success he is still a down to earth person.

Few know this: Jimmy Buffet sent 3 truckloads of food/supplies to Hatteras Island after Hurricane Isabel. This donation has only recently become public.

I wrote to Buffett last year soliciting his help and support on the beach closure issue. Figured any voice was needed. I never heard a thing. Maybe his new membership in NCBBA will provide his support. Anyone with his audience and influence can certainly help the cause.
