EBRFF and the OBX

Just a brief note to let all of you know that our fly fishing club (Eastern Blue Ridge Fly Fishers) will be down in the OBX, Oct 24-27 (Fri-Mon). We're expecting over 20 members to participate in this event and it would be great to meet/fish with other anglers.

We'll be bringing a number of kayaks and center consoles with us so come on over and say hello if you see us!

We'll be staying at two beachhouses located in South Nags Head, Milepost 17.5 and 18 respectively and will be mainly fishing an area between Manns Harbour and as far south as the Canadian Hole. We'll also be fishing the Green Slough at Bonner Bridge and a couple of guys might try to make a run for the Gulf Stream if weather permits!

Look for a bunch of kayaks and you'll probably find us! We'll be getting down to the OBX Friday afternoon and most will be departing Monday afternoon.

Hopefully the fishing and the weather will cooperate!
