oH.R. 6233 (Walter Jones): To reinstate the Interim Management Strategy governing off-road vehicle use in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore, North Carolina, pending the issuance of a final rule for off-road vehicle use by the National Park Service. Wish the bill luck, it will need it as the NPS is on the record as against this bill and in favor of the "consent decree". As the NPS position is not related to any scientific observation one can only presume that the special interest group auoban society is calling the shots. steve |
