"Club Notes" might be better...

RegNeg probably ended last Spring when the ecopaths violated it's terms and forced the lawsuit that eventually produced the Consent Decree.

The Consent Decree pretty much signaled the end of any meaningful involvement in any of the negotiations by anyone fighting for fishing access.Economic self- interest carried the day. Not that there is anything wrong with that

The ecos "science" is beyond laughable.....
Maybe Dr. Berry will somehow be able to expose them as the misguided, ill informed, "God playing" sociopaths that they are. Great article
