Default Fishing today.....

.....8 miles NW of the 14 Buoy (Lookout Shoals)

1 Wahoo....30ish pounds.
2 Little Tunny....who cares.
2 White Marlin....decent, but obviously didn't weigh em....the second came while putting the baits out after the first. The first one ripped a pretty good run and wrapped up, but survived. One on the short port and the other on the short starboard.

Lost two Wahoo....and of course several short bites....kings prolly

fun, fun, fun!

Saw that the Betts wasn't in the slip yesterday. Headed out the same way with some buddies. Fished around the 14 buoy too... couple of false albacore, but that was it until we headed back to the inlet for spanish.

I had fun w/ the fat albert, though. 1st one i've got, and it was on fairly light tackle.

I started at the 14...then moved offshore to 25 fathoms...nothing, so moved back up the hill to 10-12 fathoms inside of the 14. Actually got into the whities a half hour before we planned to quit. Saw a boil on the short port and came back around...picked up the first one...dropped him off and got the second one the short starboard while resetting the long lines. Did an extra half hour in the area trying to find another, but nothing.
