Default cape cod rules????????????

Be careful when you make rules down there! Negotiated rules need to change with the times . That is are biggest problem up here on the cape . Once a rule is made the NPS sticks the rule to letter. There is no give or take. The more we give the more they take! And there's no getting it back after it's gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was long before that! The NEGOTIATING RULES COMMITEE members are the key to the rules. You MUST have people that will not cave to the exclusionary interests.Look at the wording very carefully because the "park" will interperet those rules for 10 or 15 years depending on what "years" are negotiated.
