Yeah, he signed it, somewhat reluctantly.

He didn't agree with it, but gave in after an hour of discussion.

It was pretty obvious that he was not too happy that they had not considered his ideas, or with the responses to his questions.

But, at least the law suit has been dismissed. Now, we'll have to wait and see how the NPS handles this, following the guidelines of the consent decree.

I don't feel too good about it....

We did get boxed in and I don't know how the NAS and DOW are going to treat the RegNeg meetings. The people to look out for are the above and the Realestate Developers.
Longcaster should check in this week with his update. I will be on Portsmith Island looking for FISH.

maybe , maybe not ..
it all depends on what is 'nesting' and where ..
the closures can change daily ... if not more often than that ...
