Default Sorry OBX not this year!

This year my money will be spent in CAPE COD ... The only way to change anything is to hit it where it hurts ... AKA the pocket ... No beach driving then you won't be getting my money...

well you know what you need to do ??
call the reality company you have used in the past and tell them !! while you are at it call the chamber of commerce and tell them too !!
posting in here doesn't do as much contacting them will.

I may of felt the same way at first till I thought about it.With the fuel prices I'm sure many wont travel as far this year. But over the years I have been treated so nice by the Great folks on HI that I feel that by not going will be letting friends down. Most buisness owners have worked hard over the years not just this year,To keep open and free access.I can go to To my daughters near Morehead city and I will visit there too.But nothing compares to HI its great beaches and people are the very best.I will write, sign petitons and send as much $ as I can for the right for access. But by not going the ANTIS win.If I have to I'll just hang out and smoke cigars at Frank's. I don't even smoke.

Keep in mind the fine folks that live and work on HI did not make the ruling and have done more then the rest of the world combined to try to fight the eco terrorists that brought the lawsuit.
The NPS created this disaster and are soley to blame for this getting to the point where the beach access is going to be limited at it very best.
There are many fine hard working folks on HI that are gonna be deeply hurt by this ruling. Their families are going to be greatly affected by the "consent decree" that is going to get shoved down their throats by a Judge who does not give a flying %^* about any walking talking person. He's appointed for life not elected and can do as he wants from a position of power un checked by any voter or governing body.
Our government has taken us to the cleaners on this issue dont blame HI yell, scream, write, call, fax etc your government officials and get a law passed allowing free and open access to our National Parks. Your tax money is as green as the eco-terrorists who think the parks should all be refuges for the brids, bugs etc

I have to admit....between the access issues and diesel being 4.50 a gallon I dont have much motivation to make the run down........

I love it down there and I plan to go, I just gotta get the motivation.

I love the fine folks of HI. But that's not the point.

Under the new rules I will not be visiting or vacationing there.

I wish I could get a refund for that license I bought.
