It also discloses confidential settlement discussions in violation of the Rules o Professional Responsibility, potentially subjecting the responsible attorney to sanctions”

Carter’s statement demanded an apology to the court and the parties.

Dare responded at 3:28 PM with a Clarification statement. “To the extent that the earlier press release issued by Dare County implies that final settlement was reached or that any term of settlement had been agreed upon by the parties, such implications are inaccurate.
“No final settlement was reached, and the parties simply set forth parameters to take to their clients for final approval. Dare County regrets these inaccuracies and apologizes for any confusion created” “

Poor ol' Derb, got touchy when the truth was spoken by Bobby Outten. Imagine that.

Why did you (Derb) try and change what you had done the day before? Is this where good faith turns to greed?
Oh yeah, I thought you would try to do exactly that. Get AU to puke another 58 pages of misinformation and supposition, the authors names are two of the few facts put forward in that diatribe of drivel.

Why don't you (Derb) want a few of the facts out? Are you afraid that the cesspool of greed you and your cohorts have proposed, as a "fair" "offer" would fester and brew a backlash of resentment? It has, despite your efforts to lambaste Mr. Outen. You confirmed the fact that you and your cronies in crime, are, in fact, not willing to be reasonable, in any way.

You sir, give lawyers a bad name and ought to be ashamed of yourself, swindling good money out of good people trying to do the right thing for our world. If you are doing this "in good conscience" you have forsaken our creator.
