Angry Thorw The Bums Out

THEN BAN THEM FROM EVERY NATIONAL PARK IN THE NATION;

Throw the bums out;
SCLC, DOW, & National Audubon have given up their right to sit at the “negotiated rule making” table with the rest of the adults. It is a shame that these players want to resort to threatening & childish behavior right before the formal meeting of the “negotiated rule making” groups as they get down to business and serious work begins. This action was carefully planned; to divert attention and anger the pro- ORV stakeholders. This action, by them, should be punished, by banning their participation in the “negotiated rule making” from now on.
The National Park Service and superintendent Mike Murray have done an outstanding job pushing through the processes to get everybody to the table as fast as Federal Rules permit. These groups have, at every chance, tried to derail any progress in resolving the dilemma set out in the CAHA founding documents. Namely, recreational uses such as fishing, swimming, walking, sunbathing and the conflicts with where to preserve the natural flora/fauna have to be spelled out. There is room in the Park for both recreational use and wildlife; neither side can have it all.

Can you say "Bait and switch"?

They've been trying to sucker punch us, and have done pretty well so far. Hopefully, the courts will recognize the dastardly tactics that they've been using, and react accordingly. But I ain't keeping my fingers crossed.

Enough is enough !

I think it's time for us to forget about even trying to play nice, and be ready to fight a dirty fight.
