coming down a week from today---4-13----

anything happening in the surf up by duck??

I appreciate any help

dogfish and skates right now. mabey 2nd or 3rd week of march blues and shad should start commin round. i would recomend going to a pier, might have a better chance then in duck

thanks, man.....just want to feel the tug on my line.....

looks to be a pier b/w duck and corrola, I wonder if that might be a spot...?

any tips, greatly appreciated...

Thats the Duck research pier, as far as I know you cannot fish it. If the beaches are still open I would recommend going further south, like at least to Buxton.

naw you cant fish on the reasearch pier. going down south is a good bet also, catch some puppy drum, blues, sea mullet etc. or if you have a heaver something that can launch a bait out there you can try and catch a big drum
