Huckabee’s Tax Plan Appeals, but Is It Fair?

Under the plan, Americans would pay only one federal tax, which would be applied to just about everything they buy: not just the goods people buy at stores on which most states assess a sales tax, but nearly all services, including health care and insurance, the purchase of a new home or rental of an apartment, even things like a teenager mowing a lawn or baby-sitting for a neighbor.

Well, isn’t this something? After fair tax cultists have been lashing out at me for years for saying the alleged fair tax would even tax the sale of labor a teenaged girl has in her labor when she baby sits for a neighbor, the New York Times finally confirms what I have been saying.

As I have correctly stated so many times before:

And now, here comes the big rub! How would this alleged fair tax affect Mary and Joe Sixpack? Well, Mary and Joe have two little children and find it necessary to earn extra money to pay the bills. Mary baby sits for neighbors in the community while Joe, who works for a pluming company, his regular full-time job, also provides the same service on his own time to friends and neighbors for fair market value compensation. Well, surprise, surprise! Under Huckabee’s alleged fair tax which promises to close down the IRS and end its misery, Mary and Joe will experience the same misery now suffered under “income taxation” __ record keeping, audits, filings under the penalty of perjury, etc

Those who sell a taxable service or property under the Huckabee plan, such as Mary and Joe mentioned above, will have to keep any records and reports Congress may establish such as documenting and tracking every single sale, and this is in addition to Mary and Joe having to register with government as a “seller” of taxable property or service in order to sell the property they have in their labor.

Fact is, Huckabee the con artist forgot to mention this to his fair tax supporters and his supporters have been lured by Huckabee’s con hook ___ I will close down the IRS!

The unavoidable truth is, any individual who may lend their talents [carpentry, plumbing, electrical, auto repair, ground maintenance, painting, baby sitting, manicures, hair dresser, etc.] out to another individual for fair market value compensation, is subject to the iron fist of the feds under Huckabee’s alleged fair tax. So while he cons Mary and Joe into thinking the miseries of income taxation will be ended, he knows very well those same miseries will haunt Mary and Joe under his alleged fair tax ___ record keeping, audits, filings under the penalty of perjury, etc

If we can make the majority of America’s population dependent upon a monthly federal government check, [H.R.25`s "family consumption allowance" which Huckabee supports], we can then buy their vote, keep ourselves in power, and keep the remaining portion of America’s population enslaved to pay the bills.

I'd vote democrat for the first time in my life if given the choice between this joker and the Hillary (I tried the b word, but it's not allowed) or obama. That's not true. Hillary scares me more. But he's still pretty friggin scary.
