Question Bolivia NC info

I'll be visiting Bolivia NC the beginning of March. The people I'll be visiting aren't fisher people but I'm sure I can sneak away for a few hours
Not looking for anyones specific spots but would like to get a couple general areas to fish from the shore. Map looks like the intercoastal is pretty close.
I think I need a fishing license and I believe I can get a 10 day for $10.
I want to fish artificial only, unless it's mandatory to fish bait.
Anyone familiar with the area wish to help out a NJ angler?

What can I expect to catch the beginning of March? any trout or reds?
Where should I go? (general area)
What lures should I bring?

Thanks in advance, Lou

I like wine
Is Bolivia near the Cape Fear river? I was hoping there would be something, but I guess I'll just be visiting
