Smile fishing guide at obx

anyone have any recommendations for a fishing guide for obx? not looking for a boat charter, but someone who does full or half day excursions to some hot spots (wading, etc.) either with fly or spinning rod or both. thanks for any help!

yeah, my mistake. He only does charter work.... Sorry. I've heard of Joe Malat and know of his reputation, but not sure if he guides. The fishing militia has a reputation as well, but again, not sure if they guide. Best of luck....

Yeah I think you will have to find someone with a boat.
