What works best for flounder in the surf near Duck - any recommendations

Hi guys,
What kind of rigs do you guys recommend for catching flounder from the surf in and around Duck over the next week or so - assume fishing is better in the morning - are you using bucktails dressed with squid or soft plastics - would appreciate any recommendations - what is the legal size for keepers.
