Hello to all, I am a Paramedic from WV. I like to fish and try different areas.
Which Leeds to my first post, sorry for asking questions on my first post. I have searched thru the different posts and have got some very useful tips. I am planning a trip to the Carolina Beach area the last week of June and was wondering how the fishing is in the intercostal waterway around the Carolina Beach state park to the Cape Fear river? Or would I be better off fishing another spot in the general area? Also as I have never fished salt water what could I expect to catch, and what baits would be a good choice? I will be using a 7' Med. spinning rod with 10# mono. Jeff. Last edited by wvmedic : 06-12-2007 at 10:29 PM. |

There are allot of places to fish in SENC. You can drive on Two of the beaches. Some of the best Flounder fishing around, among others.....You'll have a great time. Check your PM's.
