haven't been fishin' but from the reports i've seen ; SOS ...blues , pups , croaker , pomps ......

i just got back from a week in s nags head. like derf said, pups croaker pompano blues are plentiful. we also caught a couple of schoolie stripers a couple of kingfish and 1 spanish mac.

clean water.... we kept busy during all tides,

dirty water.....not so good.

just returned this past weekend. lots of small fish and a few mid size.
pups up to just under legal, bluefish up to 4 lbs, small pompano, small flounder, etc. bloodworms for the smaller stuff. cut finger mullet for the blues. finger mullet showing up at the inlet for netting your own bait.
just opened up the beach to drive between point and billy mitchell airport.
not a great week but away from work. did manage a couple fish frys.
wait another month it will pick up.
