Usually second week in Dec seems to be the best down Avon/Buxton way until mid Jan. but fish pretty much stayed north entire winter last year. Some years they start to arrive at OI Thanksgiving.

There is a 100% chance of weather in Dec and Jan. One day could be 70 and the next a 40 mph noreaster and 25. Crazy **** that time of year. Oh but bass all over da place just gotta find em.
