Default what is the best tasting fish you've ever had?

In all honesty my favorite fish to eat is tuna. I hear trout are awesome but I've never had it. Any other recommendations?

Farm raised catfish blackened New Orleans style. Second choice would be brim (bluegill) battered and fried.

Trout tastes like mud.

Every fish i've ever had tasted the best at one time or another...it depends on the preparation. The best tasting freshwater fish i've had was walleye, by a long shot. I've eaten weakfish a few times and never really enjoyed a meal too well. Every other saltwater fish i've eaten was the best at one time or another...each fish has a unique taste to me, it's all good and i've enjoyed them all.
