Looks like SW winds through the weekend. Anyone going to give it a shot? It is still early in the month, but it has me thinking.

I told myself I would hold off until the end of the month and get a bunch of house projects done before thinking about a trip, but I'm itching for some drum. My first child will be coming this fall and a feel like I better get as much in as I can now. Next spring other duties will take priority.

Yep it looks like the wind is going to be a little unpredictable this weekend and it is still early. I think I'm going to sit tight and save some money on gas. Maybe try some shad fishing on the Delaware. The drum will be here soon.

Things change quick down there so you never know. Right now the water is looking a little chilly for the big girls, but who knows. You could find some pups.

You'll be fishing while we are all working.;_ Good luck!

Im out, not worth the drive yet. I woudl suggest gettgni fresh bait whereve you can. I would think its gonna be scarce. Rutgers looks a bit cool this morning, middle 50s on water temps....need about 5 degrees to have a reasonable shot. But some hard southerly winds can do it.
