as a question that lacks a location, as this, as to where the bridge is, I will tell you exactly where to fish.If the piling has water around it would be a good spot.

Manteo area is good around pilings using jigheads & plastic worms.You can't keep the bass,so I fish barbless.Just cast next to piling & let go to bottom then jerk up & down or you can troll shadow line .
